This has been proven to me so many times that I have no doubt whatsoever that this is really true. However, many people seem to forget about being happy, because we’re surrounded with media telling us how bad things really are in the world, we have a bunch of every-day problems, stress at work, traffic jams…there are so many things distracting us and we simply can’t find a moment to enjoy in the day and just be HAPPY.
Water and happiness?
Unfortunately, many people actually believe they have nothing to be happy about! This is seriously worrying me, because the more “unhappy” people we have in the world, there will be more “bad” energy around us. And it will affect us, believe me. Positive, like negative thoughts affect us. Have you heard of Dr. Emoto Masaru? He made an experiment on how thoughts affect water and the results were incredible! I’m posting a video below just to demonstrate. The thing is we are around 60% water! So imagine what it does to us when we have negative thoughts! And we wonder what makes us sick and low on energy…well, a lot has to do with our thoughts. Of course, diet and lifestyle has a lot to do with it but mostly – what are you projecting?
List 5 things each day that you are happy about
So try to be happy every day and grateful for the little things that you have. It’s not about possession, it’s about a state of mind. Being in a grateful state of mind makes you realize how blessed you are. And – you will attract abundance in your life! Two years ago I started making a list of things I am grateful for. I made a Twitter account cause it seemed simple enough and in hope to inspire others to do the same. List 5 things each day you are grateful for! You may be surprised at how much you have to be grateful for! Just the fact you are alive is worth being grateful for every day. So maybe start with that? 😉
